RESERVATIONS
Following the confirmation of the Tour/Travel/Yacht Charter by your side, to guarantee your seats, Romos requires the deposit payment via filling the form online or e-mail, or direct payment online.

Yacht Charter Terms and Conditions

Make Sure You Understand What You’re Signing. As with any significant service contract that contracts secure both sides of the customer and the service provider. Yacht charter agreements are a secure way to outline the yacht owner’s services, the list of responsibilities, and the general terms of the services that the agent must manage on behalf of the customer. The contract also stipulates the legal requirements that customers must comply with when spending time on renting the yacht.

As the popularity of the Yacht Charter has been growing for more than two decades, the standardization of contracts has been developed in a more general and international format. Yacht charter contract formats are usually provided by professional organizations such as the Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association (MYBA), known worldwide as the Yachting Association.

MYBA TERMS

MYBA Terms are a specific set of terms used for yacht services such as crew pay, meals and shifts, and an October (list) of all equipment and water toys provided by the yacht. In addition, MYBA terms cover Laundry Services, board, and nutrition expenses, include all miscellaneous details. And regulate the rental period and all berthing and port fees, fuel, engineering, and maintenance costs.

SEMT TERMS

In addition to MYBA terms, there are other forms, such as standard Eastern Mediterranean terms (district) terms. These are extensive, although not as frequently used as the MYBA format. It sets basic rental fees and services, similar to MYBA, with only a few differences. The most significant difference is that MYBA serves half board rather than entire board. Because he usually assumes that the passengers can go ashore and have dinner at the port where they are staying.

GREEK TERMS

Another contract used is the Greek terms format. The GT format includes port charges and port charges specific to Greek ports.

The golden rule of a contract, no matter what form, is to read it thoroughly. Read every word and every sentence and question every sentence that is not understood, ask. Make sure you what the service includes in the service and what extras you need to pay.

Always check the fuel item in your contract; some items limit the amount of fuel used daily. The amount of fuel can exceed expectations when guests want faster or longer-lasting activities.

Cancellation and Refund Conditions

You may want to cancel your tour for any reason or request a date change. If the yacht has not received another reservation on the dates you wish to change, we are happy to help you.

In case of rental cancellations, our policy follows.

From the tour date;

25% of prepayment for cancellations made for 120 days and earlier,

50% of prepayment for cancellations made before 119-90 days,

75% of prepayment for cancellations made before 89-60 days,

100% of the total amount for payments made before 59-0 days,

A cancellation fee is charged.

Since each yacht has only one and it is difficult to rent the same dates during the tour date. This cancellation policy is implemented by all yacht owners and agents.

Despite this, disease, disaster, war, etc., in cases, a 100% refund can be made if the yacht owner’s approval is obtained by negotiating with the owner of the leased yacht in good faith. However, this decision is entirely at the initiative of the yacht owners.

AMENDMENTS
Customers can amend the tour. However, extra charges may be applied depending on the price difference on the new service requested.

SERVICE
Romos Travel’s Tour operators of the ‘Tour’ or ‘Package’  ‘Yacht Charter’ are authorized to make bookings under the guests and follow up during the travel period. 24/7, guests have the right to get in touch in case of any issue or emergency.
Romos has the right to use suppliers in destinations.
Vehicle types may change in destinations.
Tour Guides may change in destinations.
Yacht Type is confirmed and informed initially and can not be amended specified in the cancellation term.
Romos monitors the flights; however, guests need to inform Romos ahead of time in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

INSURANCE
Romos is obliged to keep Health Insurance by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for each participant; therefore, Romos require each participant’s ID and Passport’s required field details.
Guests are responsible for their own belongings.

AGREEMENT & APPROVAL
All Guests who will join the tours paid the deposit, READ, UNDERSTOOD, and AGREED to the Terms & Conditions of ROMOS.
